DOGGY VENDOR

INFORMATION

The event is held rain or shine; however, we can utilize a rain date if conditions are extreme or unsafe. Applications are always free, however a card is required to book and hold your spot. You will only be charged if your application is approved.

Space: 10x10 foot area (tents strongly encouraged) - you can fill the space however you’d like. If you bring a tent, PLEASE bring your own tent weights - you are not permitted to set up a tent without them. You must provide your own tent, tables, chairs, tablecloths, and all other materials, as we don’t have extra.

Time: Set up begins at 7:00AM and ends whenever you’re done - hopefully by 10AM! Clean up begins at 5:00PM and ends whenever you leave. Please try to pack up before dark and remember to take all garbage and belongings with you.

Fee: The fee to vend is $275 per space. You are welcome to reserve as many spaces as you need, however it is preferred you only take one. If our event AND rain date are both cancelled by us or the town, you will receive a credit towards a future event with us.

Vendors: This event is open to dog or dog-themed product or service vendors or businesses only. We do not accept other kinds of vendors at this time. Any food vendors must be “not for human consumption” only. If you are unsure which category you fall into, please contact us.
